helloooooo-i'm new here. mary ellen, 59 yrs young bipolar/ADD, living with my 28 yr.old BPD daughter. christmas day is past and yet i am left with all the remnants and blues-just like every other year.  i don,t know where to begin. i did manage to finish the dishes but it seems everything is dirty. i need to shower and get my head and bod in the right place-just took my meds so things will be in order shortly. i'm hoping i will find others to communicate with-let me know i'm not alone in this big crazy world. my motto KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON
