this was sent to me from a friend of mine. So, if you read this at 9am on thanksgiving morning and your Turkey is still in the freezer - there is hope! God Bless!

Hi friends,

Some people gasp when I tell them I cook my turkey frozen, with no thawing step.  Don't worry, no one is getting poisoned around here!  It's actually easy, safe, and doesn't take up my fridge space during the week before T day.  The results in the past have been fabulous!

Thank you for responding.  I am finally just reading it.  So that sounds great but one question....where do I find someone like that\? Someone trustworthy to open up and be so vulnerable?  I find that I have been taken advantage of many times by people who know my weaknesses or see ADHD as a weekness.  I would also want someone to be confidential since I have had people talk behind my back about my personal business like in my home.    Idon't have any friends that would be wonderful for helping me like who you have or else they would be here helping me now.  Ugh, how do I go about it and how much do I have to pay them?

I read your comment about hiring someone to help you around the house while you care for your baby. I sound just like you in that post...the verbal crap and mind going..oh my. I think it is great you got help. I would like to talk to you more about that since I have had some bad experiences with getting help. Maybe you can give me some tips

I read your response and wow, I am on meds and I am 49 years old with a housefull or excusers, no one wants to help me out with the house and makes excuses, meanwhile I am taking care of a house, working a full-time job and taking care of my 3 year old grandchild on the weekends and I am the one with ADD. Go figure. Anyhow your post was very helpful and I am going to start thinking about who I can get to help me out, I have a 22 year old and a 16 year old (both girls), between the two of them, they have to have a friend who could be of assistance and then I would be able to actually enjoy my granddaugther on the weekends.
