ADD and paying bills/Memory issues

I also tend to clean up and put away and never find things again!!! I have lost a $1000 cheque, misplaced wedding rings, children's birth certificates and more!!! Help!!
ADD Mom/Kids and chores

I have ADD as well as my 12 and 15 year old boys. Chores and housework is a big problem in our house, I have the constant piles and things I will get to and I can't get them motivated to do chores. I have tried assigning chores and alternating each day between the two of them, but then we all seem to forget or the system falls by the wayside.
