Karate moms

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has joined karate? They say karate is a good activity for kids who have ADHD. I wonder if this activity works just as well with adults? I'm looking to improve my focusing skills and wondering if this activity will work for me. Does anybody have any thoughts? or impute on this?
