Hi,
I've just read the newsletter about clothes shopping. I hate it, but not because the process of making decisions is too overwhelming (I love making decisions and apply them), but my real problem is the noise and choosing clothes + spending hours to try them.
I am auditory hypersensitive, and auditory hypersensitivity is found in both Single Sided Deafness and ADHD.

My tips then :
1) Instead of doing everything the same day, choosing trying etc.... do it in broken steps.
I go one time to see the clothes, to know which clothes I'd like to buy, and a few days later, I go to try the clothes I saw as I'd like to have.

2) Try not to go shopping on crowded moments : instead of going shopping on Saturday afternoon, which is crowded and noisy, why not going in a quieter moment, like an afternoon during the week ?

3) Learn some tips to know if a cloth suits you or not. You can learn it from friends, from a relooking coach etc... But learn them, so like that, you won't be told by a seller "It perfectly suits you, Miss", whereas instead you are like in a potatoes bag !

In France, wardrobe shoppers are available in only 1 big shop : France and US is definitely not the same country ;)
